Please remember we are a small business ran by just two people. 

Each item ordered is hand-crafted on demand. Each item is created with care when you place your order. Orders generally take about a week to ship out. We appreciate your support so much!  

No Refund Policy


All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any clothing items purchased from Hold The Line.  Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase. 

Exceptions:
Defective or Damaged Items:
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged upon delivery, please contact our customer service within 10 days of receiving the item to arrange for a possible replacement or exchange.

Wrong Item Received:
If you receive an item different from the one you ordered, please contact our customer service within 10 days of receiving the item to arrange for a possible refund or exchange.
